Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join Woking office either on full time or part time (job share) contract to support the Payroll Bureau and Outsourcing teams.

 

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Outsourcing and Payroll Bureau Teams, and for covering reception duties when the Receptionist is on lunch/annual leave.

Payroll Bureau and Outsourcing Administrative Support

  • Assisting with the preparation of proposals
  • Working with our various teams and assisting with organising internal webinars/workshops
  • Supporting with anti-money laundering and client engagement tasks

Ad Hoc Office Administration

  • Providing cover for the Receptionist during lunch or annual leave - greeting clients and visitors to the office, co-ordinating car park arrangements, opening post, etc.

 

The Person

  • Business support (administration) experience essential
  • Roles involving stakeholder management (building relationships)
  • Roles requiring high attention to detail
  • Sound IT skills (Microsoft and database management)
  • Strong administration skills
  • Effective time management
  • High personal impact & influence
